Bethany Robinson has a robust background in dentistry. She began in 2012 as a dental assistant, quickly mastered front office operations, practice administration, and soon specialized in revenue cycle management. Bethany has spent the last 10 years of her career helping private practice owners expand their operations across multiple locations, and she proudly serves in her role as COO by applying her comprehensive background to solidify the foundation for Premier Smiles as a whole.

Bethany is passionate about growing practices and ensures their success through strategic operations. She helps Premier Smiles reach its full potential. In addition to using her experience as a guide for practice growth, she looks forward to helping others grow in their career opportunities, ensuring Premier Smiles is a place where teams come together with a shared mission and values.

Outside of work, Bethany loves spending time with her husband and son. Her family spends a lot of time at the football field, as her son plays and her husband coaches. She is dedicated to supporting them from the sidelines!

Furthermore, Bethany and her husband have founded a non-profit focused on meeting the needs of those who are underserved in their community. She truly feels called to live a life of leadership and love.

Gail

University Heights Office Manager

Bio

Gail has been part of Premier Smiles Orthodontics since joining in 2007. As the office manager, she oversees the comprehensive operation of the practice, with responsibilities ranging from orchestrating the day-to-day administrative intricacies of the ortho clinics to managing the front desk office services. Beyond these functions, Gail ensures the repair and maintenance of office equipment, creating an environment where every cog turns seamlessly.

Being a part of a team that's all about comprehensive care fills her with excitement. It's not just about fixing smiles; it's about looking at the bigger picture and caring for the entire patient beyond their smile alone.

Gail feels privileged to contribute both secularly and within her ministry. Her joy comes from helping those in need, not just during office hours but at any moment. Gail has said her life's purpose is rooted in serving others, a value that seamlessly merges with her professional and personal passions.

Debbie

Parma Office Manager

Bio

Debbie has been with Premier Smiles Orthodontics for two years and is now the office manager for the Parma location. She loves what she does! She inputs contracts for patients, makes financial arrangements, conducts staffing to follow office policy and procedures, and manages the office to reach office goals, promoting great customer service. Debbie's favorite part of her job is being able to help boost patients' confidence in themselves with their beautiful smiles.

Debbie is married to her high school sweetheart and has a beautiful three-year-old daughter. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, take vacations, and read books.

Melissa has been a dedicated professional in the dental industry for five years. She joined Premier Smiles in 2022 and recently stepped into the manager role at the Willowick location.

Melissa feels so blessed to have found a career and a team that she loves at Premier Smiles. She is deeply committed to orthodontics, as it allows her to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them achieve their best smiles. She takes pride in being part of a team that prioritizes patient care and strives to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two crazy dogs, Norm and Clark. She loves shopping, hiking, cooking, and visiting friends and family.

Leah

Marketing Coordinator

Bio

Leah has been with Premier Smiles since the start of the new year. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations in 2022. As the Marketing Coordinator, she has the role of shaping and maintaining the company’s brand image.

She creates promotional materials, social media content, and marketing campaigns for the company. Leah is passionate about marketing, design, and social media. She is grateful she has the unique opportunity to do these things daily in her position.

She is from the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, and enjoys working at a practice that cares deeply about the Greater Cleveland communities it operates out of.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys many activities. She cherishes time spent with friends, family, and her pet cat. Her favorite hobbies are playing video games, listening to music, and creating art.
