Meet Dr. Sumeet Minhas
I believe in the transformative power of a confident smile. I have the opportunity to not only straighten teeth but also boost self-esteem and enhance the quality of life for my patients. Witnessing the joy and newfound confidence in those I treat is a constant reminder of why I chose this path.
Education & Experience
Dr. Minhas is originally from New York City, New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Barnard College of Columbia University.
After graduating, she started to shadow a local general dentist, where she fell in love with dentistry. Dr. Minhas decided to continue her education in the field and was accepted into Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
After receiving her doctorate in 2020, Dr. Minhas joined the Ohio State University College of Dentistry as an orthodontic resident. During her residency, she became interested in the various technological advances in the orthodontic field, including 3-D printing, the manufacturing of in-house aligners, and the research on how artificial intelligence may impact the future of orthodontics.
Outside of the Office
Dr. Minhas enjoys exploring the city and indulging in foodie adventures. Her interests also extend to travel, hiking, and various crafting activities.
